Has anyone ever seen the motorcycle diarys. It an amazing beautiful movie. Inspiring everyone to buy a bike and tour the unknown country. Really that movie and the book My side of the mountain make me want to explore, luckly Jen and I get to drive my new vehicle across the country in a week from sunday. New mexico to Ohio. We get to see the southwest the midwest, half the world pretty much. I cant wait to get away from the wet cold for a while.

i've heard the movies good, and i eventually want to see it. i also share your desire for cross country ventures, and would not be opposed to them happening on the back of a bike...just don't have the cash to make that happen.
but just checking - you aren't planning on leading any violent communist revolutions after your journey are you?
violent revolution...? I have not thought that far ahead. Yes I think I will lead a revolution, if and only if I get to use a sword, and talk with a irish accent, and I get to be king sanchez when all is said and done.

I know, i was contemplating i.e. "should i start a violent revolution...?"
